Zivio has made a bluetooth headset with retractable boom microphone. Seems like a pretty good idea. When I had my bluetooth headset (before I lost it) I very seldom like to use it out in public. The person on the other end was never able to hear me loud and clear. So there I was walking through the streets basic yelling at the person on the phone, or constantly looking like I was arguing with whomever I was speaking to. With the boom mic the sound quality should be much improved and hopefully you don't have to shout as much.
